On behalf of the Board and Executive Bielany District, Specialovana Organizace Chovatelu Potkanu (SOCHP) and Stworzyszenie Hodowców Szczurów Rodowodowych w Polsce (SHSRP), we have the honor to invite you to exhbition I Bielańska Rat Show, which will take place during the event “Disenchant the Rats”.
The exhibition will be held on September 11, 2016 in the building of the Capital City District Office Bielany Warsaw at st. Żeromskiego 29 (entrance from the Jarzębski street).
Main judge: Rian van Andel (Netherlands).
The exhibition will be open to the public from 10:00 to 18:00 (accepting rats from 8:00 to 9:45).
1. Applications are accepted from 31.07.2016 to 02.09.2016 r. including, solely to the adress: wystawaszczurow@gmail.com . This deadline is final and can no anticipate its extension.
2. In order to submit your animals for exhibition you must download and complete the application:

Application can be filled manually or electronically. When you send e-mail to wystawaszczurow@gmail.com it’s not required to sign, while on the same exhibition you have to bring your signed application.
If rats have pedigrees then the application must be accompanied with theirs pedigrees.
3. Each participant of the exhibition must be familiar with the Rules of Bielańska Rat Show. Failure to comply with the Rules results in expelling from the exhibition.

4. The fees for the exhibition are:
- entrance fee (on-time fee per person) – 5 zł.
- notification of each rat – 10 zł.
- rental of duna – 5 zł.
- rats accompanying (non-assessed) – 5 zł.
5. Fees for the exhibition will be accepted during registration at the place of exhibition, before the event begins. After payment you will get your own identifiers.
6. Until the end of submitting exhibitor may withdraw rat/s without any charges. If you withdrawn rat after 02.09.2016 or if rat/s simply doesn’t arrive, the exhibitor is obliged to pay a fee for all reported animals.
7. The exhibition area is reserved exclusively for exhibitors having with them (to show):
- pedigrees / metrics (not applicable for rat without pedigree),
- veterinary certificate, issued no later than 3 days before the show (recommended two visits a week apart),
- hand-signed application for exhibition.

9. At the place of exhibition aren’t allowed rats which wasn’t inspected by a veterinarian (the organizer will provide the veterinarian carrying out the veterinary check during registration).
10. Everyone has a duty to report to organizer if you want or planning to have at the event other rats outside the exhibitioning. They are subjected to the same rules as rats exhibitioning at the show.
11. Exhibitor (together with their partners) is obliged to own and use their own antimicrobial agent with the broadest spectrum of activity.
12. Exhibitor is obliged to watch to avoid touching rats by visitors and exhibitors within only hand sanitizer.
13. Exhibitor is obliged to report to the organizer of the exhibition dangerous situations (illegally brought animals to the exhibition, the behavior of visitors, etc.).
14. Additional rats to companion that will not be judged and any accompanying persons, please write it in the e-mail sent with the application.

As part of the event “Disenchant the Rats” in addition to the exhibition will be held:
- educational games and contest for kids in the children’s corner,
- meetings with owners, breeders and veterinarians,
- education campaign “Rat is not terrible as he is painted”
As well as during the event “Disenchant the Rats” will be held the final of the photo contest of the same name.
